LALA LOCATIONS BOOKING POLICIES & REMINDERS

 We do require a card to be on file in order to hold all appointments. If you choose not to provide your credit card information, we will not be able to hold your appointment.

All of our appointment confirmations are sent via text, email, 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least a 24 hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee. If you are unable to cancel within these guidelines, you will be responsible for 100% of the service fee.  

For ALL Full Sets, or PMU booked at LaLa , we require a $50.00 deposit to secure that appointment. This will be deducted from your service! If we do not receive a deposit, we will not be able to confirm your appointment.  This policy is in place to protect our Lash Artists and their time.
